How To Cure Painful Sex At Menopause

This week I'm focusing on painful sex and all those embarrassing things that we never talk to even our best friends about.

It happens to so many of us at the menopause, in fact we've done surveys and found that over 50% of women can't have an orgasm. They have a dry vagina. It's painful and sometimes it even bleeds and that is just awful - especially at the time in your life when you feel that maybe you can have more time with your partner because your kids have gone to university and suddenly you're curled up on the edge of the bed not wanting to be touched because you're afraid of what's going to happen.

If this is you, you are not alone.

And the good news is you can overcome those symptoms and nobody's really telling you that. All you need is to understand what's going on in your body and learn how to meet your needs.

The main step you need to take is to start supplying your body with naturally occurring oestrogen through your diet and supplements so you can actually get the factory working again and resume a comfortable sexual relationship with a big smile on your face.
